I placed an urgent order late on Friday afternoon as a rail team colleague had a last-minute requirement to attend a site visit on Wednesday with a client. I did say it was unlikely that the order would be fulfilled in such a short timescale. But I just wanted to say a big thank you for not only getting the order fulfilled so quickly but also delivering on Monday to enable my colleague to attend the client's site visit.
