Full Description
Delegates will be able to:
• Use a portable fire extinguisher safely.
• Comply with the British standards / EN3 regarding the use of fire extinguishers.
• Exit a burning building safely.
• Identify the warning signs that fire may have started and take appropriate action.
• List things that can be done to prevent fire – for example, a No Smoking policy, electrical goods checked regularly, etc.
• Describe accurately their duties during a fire emergency.
• Describe accurately the reporting procedure to the Fire Controller.
• Identify potential fire risks.
